Are there specific booking links/forms or deadlines for IWA LET 2026 participants?
There is no deadline for housing, it is open until filled (first-come, first-serve basis).Be sure to signify for entries:

What are the expected check-in and check-out times?
Housing dates available for this event are from May 29 - June 7th.
Participants will be able to arrive and depart between these two dates by making their selection on the website.Standard check-in times are 3:00 pm - 6:00pm and 8:00 am - 12:00 pm.
If participants need accommodations outside of these dates and times, please email conferences@rice.edu to inquire about availability.Is any student ID and/or conference verification required at check-in?
Photo ID is required when checking in.

How does meal purchase work (e.g., pay-per-meal, meal tickets, card payment)?
We do offer participants the option to purchase a Tetra Meal Card during their stay. The meal card can be used in the dining servery (dining.rice.edu) or any retail location on campus. At this time, the servery does not accept card or cash payments.
What are the dining hours during the conference period?
Dining servery is open for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, 7 days a week.
Below are the hours and cost of each meal.Breakfast (7:30 - 10:00 am) - $9.00/person
Lunch (11:00 am - 2:00 pm) - $11.50/person
Dinner (5:00 - 8:00 pm) - $13.50/person
